听顿别蝉肠谤颈辫迟颈辞苍:听 The Bendigo Tertiary Education Anniversary Foundation Scholarship was established by La Trobe University and Bendigo Regional Institute of TAFE as part of the 125th Anniversary of Tertiary Education in Bendigo in April 1998. The medal is named after the Settlor of the Bendigo Tertiary Education Anniversary Foundation, the late Mr Roger Jalland. The medal's design reflects the tradition of the Jubilee Medals, issued to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of the Bendigo School of Mines in 1923 and the Gold Medal for outstanding academic excellence awarded by the Bendigo Institute of Technology from 1943 to 1970.

Selection is based on academic merit.
